Reasons why your Hands Are Shaking

Low blood sugar: 

This is one of the most common causes of hand shaking. When blood sugar levels drop too low, the body releases adrenaline in an attempt to raise them. This adrenaline can cause the hands and other muscles to shake.

Parkinson's disease:

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder that affects movement and speech. One of the hallmarks of Parkinson's disease is tremors or shakes, which usually affect the hands but can also affect other parts of the body.
